## Fantasy Races
This page constitutes all races not found in the ***Fantasy Core Rules***. These are generally homebrewed, retired, or otherwise supplemental races.
### Amazonian
**Amazonians** are tall, fearsome, and strangely beautiful, and live for 50+ years. They are a unique race of giantesses and hail from the deep & distant jungles of Amazonia. Amazonians stand on average eight feel tall and are more largely proportioned than human women. They gain: +1 Toughness and +1 Power.

### Catfolk
**Catfolk** are short, lithe, and swift of mind & body, possessing all the grace and conceit native to the feline species. Standing on two feet and no more than a meter tall, their fur coats come in a variety of colors and patterns. While whimsical and child-like in demeanor, catfolk are also fierce warriors equipped with powerful jaws, wicked claws, and potent natural magic.
They gain: the *charm* and *survival* skills; and a +1 attack bonus against evil creatures.
They have: a toughness of 5 (T5); use lightweight weapons & below; use lightweight armor & below; and gain +2 Hit Points and +2 Magic Points.
*Catfolk begin with three racial abilities:*
> *Breakfall* – reduce all fall damage by half, rounded down.

> *Nine Lives* – gain a +2 bonus to all saves.

>*Spell-casting (natural)* – start with 1 spells and cast natural spells for their cost in magic points; may not use any other type of spell.

### Dragonling
**Dragonlings** are a noble and ancient race of draconic humanoids, and live for 350+ years. They are loyal and lawful, making them fierce allies and fearsome enemies. Dragonlings are tall, broad-shouldered, and clad in thick scales that come in a variety of colors.
They gain: the _intimidate_ skill; +1 Toughness; and begin with one (1) *Breath Weapon (Racial Ability)*.
>*Breath Weapon (Fire)* – inflicts 1d5 damage and target suffers +1 damage per round (T5 Reflex Check to extinguish); range 50ft. Cost: 3 Power Points.

>*Breath Weapon (Ice)* – inflicts 2 damage and target suffers -1 Toughness per round (T5 Aspect Check to thaw); range 50ft. Cost: 1 Power Point.
>
>*Breath Weapon (Lightning)* – inflicts 2 damage on 1d5 targets; range 100ft. Cost: 2 Power Points.
>
>*Breath Weapon (Poison Gas)* – inflicts 2 damage on 1d5 targets; targets suffer -1 attack penalty for 1d5 rounds; range 25ft. Cost: 3 Power Points.

### Stoke
**Stokes** are small, sinuous, and swift, and live for 30+ years. They are a race of intelligent, bipedal weasel and dwell in dense canopies and thick hedges. Like most sentient beasts, they are imbued with natural magic.
They gain: the *charm* skill; the *listen* skill; the *sneak* skill; -1 to melee attacks against the stoke; and +1 to ranged attacks.
They have: a toughness of 4 (T4); use lightweight weapons & below; use lightweight armor & below; and gain +1 power point and +2 magic points.
*Stokes begin with three racial abilities:*
>*Cat-like* – your movement speed is fast; gain +1 to all reflex-based checks (not including attack rolls).
>
>*Spell-casting (natural)* – start with 2 spells and cast natural spells for their cost in magic points; may not use any other type of spell.
>
>*Wild fury* – on an attack roll of 10, inflict double the amount of damage.

### Wart
**Warts** are primitive, frog-like humanoids, dwelling in rainforests and swamps, and living for 200+ years. They gain: +1 damage to insectoids; the _Breakfall_ ability; the _acrobatics_ skill; and +1 Reflex.

#### Celts
***Celts*** are a human subrace unique in that they often have red hair and green eyes. They are “lucky” and gain a +1 bonus to saves and challenges. Additionally, they are tied deeply to the world’s magic and gain +1 Magic Point and the Spellcasting (Natural) ability. Finally, they gain +1 Toughness when facing one opponent type (must be declared at character creation).

#### K’thar Drone
***K’thar Drones*** are synthetic beings characterized by their analytical nature, extreme resilience, and eery precision. The sentient remnants of a pre-cataclysmic age, they are often encountered wandering ruins and dungeons in search of their lost memories and long-vanished creators, living for untold centuries without aging.
They gain: the *Know history* and *Magic use* skills; immunity to disease, poison, and environmental extremes; -1 to magical attacks against the K'thar drone; and suffer -1 Aspect.
They have: a toughness of 4 (T4); use medium-weight weapons & below; forego the use of armor; and gain 1d5 Magic Points.
*K'thar drones begin with two racial abilities*:
>*Ancient Protocol* – gain a +1 bonus to any martial, technical, or magical check.
>
>*Magi-tech Interface* – interact with magical or ancient technological artifacts as though you were a native user, accessing hidden functions, bypassing security controls, and more (at the gamemaster's discretion).

#### Skunk Apes
***Skunk Apes*** are wild and elusive creatures covered in pungent fur, roaming the swamps and forests, and living for 35+ years. They gain: +1 Power; the *Survival* and *Sneak* skills; and are immune to hindrance from terrain such as mud, marsh, or thick foliage.
